Roberto Pezzimenti has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, having worked for prestigious banks and asset management companies in Russia, Switzerland, and Italy.
Known for his in-depth understanding of the psychology of financial markets and for his reliable worldwide network, he is credited for executing what are arguably some of the most successful investment strategies in the marketplace.
Following his experience as Portfolio Manager and Dealer at Banca Promos Private Banking, in 200X he moved to Russia to work in the Capital Markets team of Trust Investment Bank (former Menatep) managing its large foreign investors (Funds, Hedge funds, Pb) with interests in Russia and the former CIS countries.
At the end of 2009 he was hired by Gazprombank, Russia's 3rd largest bank and financial arm of the Oil&Gas giant Gazprom, to develop its Investment Banking Division. After successfully advising some of the world's largest funds (PIMCO, Blackrock, Goldman Sachs AM, among others) in their emerging markets investments, in 2016 Roberto and 2 partners founded he founded Cactus Conseil S.A Wealth Management, specializing in ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and based in Switzerland.
Roberto holds a degree in Economy and Finance from the University of Florence and speaks fluent English, Italian, Russian, French, and Spanish.
