Victoriya Tursunova has more than 10 years of experience as a manager in the higher education, vocational education and professional training sectors.
She is the founder of AYOTECH, a company specialising in training and re-training in the IT, banking and finance, management, business and law sectors. She also represents BKX Services Inc. (New York), a Fintech company that utilizes blockchain technology to create the infrastructure for the decentralization of the world's capital markets and new technologies to expand the frontiers of traditional financing.
As Capacity Development on Governance and Digital Transformation consultant she supports the empowerment of civil servants through learning, knowledge, information and innovation to effect transformational and sustainable change in institutions, which in turn supports the achievement of the development goal of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Uzbekistan.
Victoriya holds a Master of Science in Management (Banking and Finance) from the University of Wales (UK). She is a certified manager of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2015, holds certificates in Tax and Law, Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting and is a Certified International Professional Accountant by the Federation of Accountants, Auditors, and Consultancy of Uzbekistan. She speaks fluent Russian, Uzbek, and English, and resides in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
