Nodira Sadikova
Nodira Sadikova has begun her professional career from 2012 as an active volunteer and young leader in Uzbekistan. After completing graduate studies at the University of Wales in banking and finance sector, she moved to Russia in 2015.
She was mainly responsible for business development roles and gained considerable success on strategically restructuring business processes and systems, achieving organizational goals, and nurturing beneficial relationships. Between 2015 and 2016 she worked for Citadel Global Investments and spearheaded overall brand strategy by driving market preference and growth. Successfully evolved and optimized the marketing communications infrastructure, internally and externally, to create high-impact and integrated campaigns. In the late 2016, she started managing newly opened Swiss based family office by covering activities of the In-house Consulting, M&A, and Strategy Planning operations. Having gained brilliant expertise, she has been invited as a VP Biz Dev for one of the highly ranked p2p lending fintech companies, KARMA Investments. She is considered as an experienced technology guru who is an expert in innovative technology & who aims to play a key role in building FIN Tech community.
Nodira holds a Bachelor's of Arts from the State University of World Languages in Tashkent and Master of Science in banking and finance from the University of Wales (UK). She speaks fluently Uzbek, Russian, English and Turkish.
